You will hear a prompt sound which confirms the device is paired.
Press and hold the On/ Off button for 3 seconds. When the blue light flashes and there is a prompting sound the pillow is ready to pair with your device.
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the courier company. Please contact us including your name and order number and we will contact our courier to resolve your issue. Please be aware we cannot rearrange deliveries for you. This will need to be done directly with the courier.
Please ensure the item is suitability packaged for return with a strong outer cover. Please include your return details inside the package. These details need to include;
-Whether a Refund/Replacement is required
-Pillow in original packaging
If your return reason is unwanted/ incorrect/ damaged, the item should be:
– In packaging
– In resalable condition (except damaged)
Any unwanted returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted. If your return reason is faulty we do not require the packaging.
If you have received faulty, damaged or incorrect products you can return these free of charge. If the product has been incorrectly ordered of it is unwanted for reason excluding the above then the cost of the return is with yourself. For further information please see our delivery and returns page.
Please contact us to advise of your intention to return and provide a reason. We will then provide a return reference for you to include in your return.
We use Hermes and DPD depending on the order value and delivery option selected
Yes we deliver all order items at the same time. If there is any issue with your order a member of our customer service team will be in contact with you via the contact details provided during your order.
